Head, thorax, and abdomen fuscous black; frons with pale bar; back of head with orange patches ; patagia with orange streaks; legs with pale streaks; abdomen with orange patches on last two segments, paired ventral series of pale patches except on terminal segments. Fore wing pale, mostly suffused with brownish yellow, the veins black; au antemedial black line angled outwards in cell and submedian intorspace and inwards on median nervure; a large ring-spot from lower angle of cell to costa, embracing the discocollulars; a line from vein 5, angled ou 4, then sharp]y bent inwards to below base of vein 2 and reaching jnner margin beyond middle; a subterminal donbte line bent outwards to margin between veins 4 and 3 ; some terminal patches towards apex and tornus.
